1．Connect the B-wire (thick blue wire) to the main negative terminal of the battery；
2．Ensure that the row of wires is not plugged into the protection board before connecting them.
3．Start with the thin black wire to B-, connect the second wire (thin red wire) to the positive terminal of the first battery string, then connect the positive terminal of each battery string in turn until the last string B+.
4．Don’t plug in the plug directly after connecting the wires, measure the voltage between each two adjacent metal terminals on the back of the plug, if it is a ternary polymer battery the voltage should be between 2.8 and 4.2V, lithium iron battery should be between 2.5 and 3.65V, lithium titanate battery should be between 1.6 and 2.8V.
5．After the wiring sequence and voltage of the wires are confirmed to be correct, then insert the protection board socket.
6．After the wiring is completed, measure whether the battery B+, B- voltage and P+, P- voltage are equal, equal that the protection board works normally, can be used normally. If they are not equal, please check again according to the above wiring sequence.
7．If you need to remove the protection board from the battery pack, please follow the reverse order above.
Special Attention：
- Different manufacturers’ cables are not common, please insure to use the matching cables given by our company; different manufacturers’ main cables are configured differently, make sure they are correct before welding, so as not to cause damage to the protection board.
- Please strictly follow the following instruction, if not follow the required operation, it will damage the components of the protection board.
